“USER AGREEMENT” NEXT STOP TORONTO
The following User Agreement (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Next Stop Toronto”) has been written for the services of Next Stop Toronto (http://nextstoptoronto.com/). This User Agreement governs Services that link to, or contain references to, this document and are published or made available by Next Stop Toronto, its owner, or authorized personals. Please read this User Agreement carefully. It states the terms and conditions of your (“you”, “user”, “client”) obligations in accessing, visiting,and using our Service.
We may change and modify these terms depending on the situation from time to time. Your continued access or use of the website constitutes your acceptance of such changes. Your access and use of the website will be subject to the current version of the terms, conditions, rules, and guidelines of the User Agreement posted on our website. If you breach any of the terms or conditions of this User Agreement, your license to access or use this website shall be automatically terminated.

We reserve the right, in addition to our other remedies, to take any technical, legal, or other action(s) that we deem necessary and/or appropriate, with or without notice, to prevent violations and enforce the Agreement and remediate any purported violations. You acknowledge and agree that we have the right hereunder to an injunction without posting a bond to stop or prevent a breach or violation of your obligations under the Agreement.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND AVAILABILITY OF SERVICES
The source code, logos, words, design, videos, samples, layout, graphics, photos, images, information, materials, documents, data, databases, and all other information and intellectual property accessible on or through our website is the property of Next Stop Toronto and its owner and is protected by Canadian intellectual property laws. You affirm, confirm and agree that you will not use any of our intellectual property in any wrongful way, nor will you exploit any portion of our service. You are not authorized to use any of the services unless you have acquired prior written permission from us. In any case, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
USE OF THE SITE
As a condition of your use of the website, you agree that:

We are providing our services only in the areas that we can manage ourselves, and for now, that is the city of Toronto. We are limiting ourselves to only one city because it’s possible that we will be dealing with the number of clients at once and we like to assist and help each of our clients individually. In case we go beyond the limits of Toronto, we’ll make sure to update this user agreement.
SCOPE AND LEGAL STATUS OF OUR SERVICES
We will only provide our services as an agent, facilitator or as a co-coordinator between the client and the company and shall not be regarded, for any purposes, as being either a staff member or an employee of any company whose services we will be presenting to the user or client, nothing within or relating to the Individual Contract shall establish the relationship of employer and employee between any Service providing company and the Client. We aim to provide our services for the people who are coming to Toronto or the people who have been approved to migrate to Toronto.
If you intend on using any of our services, you may have to enter into an “individual contract/agreement” or “specific contract/agreement” with us. Each service may require its own and separate contract. In the event of a conflict between the terms stated here and the terms set out in the specific contract, the terms of the specific contact will prevail. We do not guarantee results.

I. AIRPORT PICKUP SERVICE
An airport transfer is a regularly scheduled transportation service that takes passengers from a designated airport to a hotel or other prearranged destination. The service may also provide a return service from a selected hotel or pick-up point to a designated airport.
By contacting us we will make sure to get you the best possible Airport Pickup Service. You will have the phone number of the driver of the vehicle and in any delay or problem, you will be able to communicate with the driver directly.
II. REAL ESTATE SERVICES
In real estate service, Next Stop Toronto will introduce you with the best real estate and/or mortgage agents and companies. You will have all the freedom to choose the resident of your choice.
III. INSURANCE SERVICES
In case if you want to prevent some unfortunate events or unforeseen incidents, Next Stop Toronto will help you get the insurance plans by reputable Toronto based agencies. Insurance is a contract, represented by a policy, in which an individual or entity receives financial protection or reimbursement against losses from an insurance company. Thereby, you’ll be securing your future by getting an insurance plan as soon as possible.
IV. IMMIGRATION SERVICES
An immigration consultant is a person who helps people to emigrate from one country to another country and through legal and documentation processes to increase the chances of immigration for study, work, travel, or business purpose.
In this service, we’ll provide you the services of immigration consultant if you need some assistance.
V. EDUCATION ENROLMENT
In this service, we’ll provide your name and contact information to intake officers of schools that are relevant to the field of study you requested.
VI. EMPLOYMENT PLACEMENT
In this service, we’ll provide your name and contact information to intake officers of job placement centres that are relevant to the field of work you requested.
HOW TO AVAIL OUR SERVICES?
If you want to avail of any or all of our services,you need to go to our website and go to the relevant section of our services available on our webpage http://nextstoptoronto.com. After that, you will need to fill up a small form with your details and after that, we will contact you with further instructions.
FEES AND CHARGES
There will not be any fees or charges of any kind taken from clients. We are making our services available free of cost to all our potential clients. All you have to do is just fill out the relevant form and we will be on our way to provide you services without any cost. Only the Airport Pickup service has a cost, which is directed via PayPal.
CLIENT DUTIES AND OBLIGATIONS
I. It will be the client’s duty to provide Next Stop Toronto with all reasonably necessary co-operation in relation to this Agreement and access to such information as may reasonably be required by us in order to provide the Services.
II. The client needs to comply with all applicable laws and regulations with respect to its activities under this Agreement.
III. The client will have to carry out all other responsibilities set out in this Agreement in a timely and efficient manner.
IV. It would be the client’s responsibility to obtain and shall maintain all necessary software licenses, consents, and permissions required by the client for any service we have stated above so that Next Stop Toronto and its representatives can perform their obligations under this Agreement, including without limitation the Services.
V. You hereby confirm and warrant that you have all authority necessary to hold yourself (including your company or group) to our User Agreement and any other contract and agreement, and our rules and that you are not forbidden or prohibited from accessing the third party API services which you may use to access our website. Furthermore, you also confirm and warrant that in case of any data loss, data leak, a hack or any other person or account damage when using third party API, you agree that you indemnify and hold and our employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from and against any suits, claims, liabilities, expenses or damages.
VI. All our business practices and workability are in accordance with the prescribed limits of the laws governed by the State. Thus, we are bound by any government regulations and/or provinces’ local laws and any new law, ordinance, regulations, and code that may be formed in the future. In any case of such new government regulation or intervention of law enforcement agencies, we shall not be held responsible for the disruption in our services.
VII. Next Stop Toronto and its team shall not be held responsible in any event, accident, damage, or problems which may be caused by malfunction of any technical equipment or any disruption in technology whether such equipment or technology is in our control or to someone else’s. You as a user do hereby release us of any such claims with regards to our website, services, and app and services that may arise in case of any technical disasters.
VIII. You must comply with all applicable import and export control laws, rules, and regulations of Canada and your home country, and you must not transfer, by electronic transmission or otherwise, any Content subject to restrictions under such laws, rules, or regulations to a site, application, destination, location, person or entity, or for end-use, prohibited thereby. You will not post, upload, transmit, send or otherwise make available any Content on or through the Service that cannot be exported without prior government authorization or notification, including without limitation certain types of encryption software.

Your compliance with any such additional terms, conditions, contracts, agreements, or rules is solely your responsibility and will not affect your continuing obligation to comply with the agreement when using the service. We specifically disclaim any and all liability in connection with the acts or omissions of third party providers. When dealing with any such third party, please do so at your own risk. Any contract entered into and any transaction completed via any third-party website is between you as a client and the relevant third party. You shall be solely responsible for reviewing and agreeing to any third party website terms and conditions and privacy policy before using the relevant third-party website. Next Stop Toronto does not endorse any third-party website nor the content of any of the third-party websites made available via the Services will not be part of any agreement between you and any third party.
II. NO PROFESSIONAL HEALTH, LEGAL, OR TAX OR FINANCIAL ADVICE
The content available on or through this service is in no way intended to and shall not be construed to:
(a) constitute professional medical, health, legal, tax, or financial advice;

The service is provided “as is”, “with all faults” and on an “as available” basis, and we do not make, and we hereby expressly disclaim, any and all representations, warranties, covenants and guarantees, express and implied, including but not limited to any warranties of accuracy, reliability, title, merchantability, non-infringement, fitness for a particular purpose or any other warranty, condition, guarantee or representation, whether oral, in writing or in electronic form, including but not limited to the accuracy or completeness of any products, content contained therein or provided by us, or the service. We do not represent, warrant, covenant or guarantee that access to any product, the service or communications or messaging from or to us or you will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, or that there will be no failures, delays, inaccuracies, errors or omissions or loss of transmitted content, or that no software disabling devices, time bombs, viruses, worms, bugs, or devices or defects of similar nature will be transmitted on or through the service, and we will not be liable in the event of any such occurrence. We further do not represent, warrant, covenant or guarantee that all portions of the service, or the service as a whole, can be accessed via all devices, or via all carriers and service plans or is available in all geographic locations.
We are not responsible for incomplete, incorrect, lost, delayed, late, misdirected, garbled, damaged, illegible, undeliverable, or incompletely received products, portions of the service, or communications or messaging from or to us or you for any reason, including because of hardware, software, browser, network, communications system failure, malfunction, delay, or congestion, or any incompatibility at our servers or elsewhere, or for any other technical problems, human error, any form of active or passive filtering by a user ‘s device or access provider, insufficient space on user ‘s device or account/profile, or any other cause or combination thereof.
We shall not be liable to you or any third parties for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages allegedly sustained arising out of this User Agreement, the service, the sale, purchase, receipt, use or misuse of any product, your ability or inability to access, visit or use the service or any product, including damage to your device, or for software disabling devices, time bombs, viruses, worms, bugs, or devices or defects of similar nature alleged to have been obtained from the service, your access, visitation, and/or use of, or reliance on, the service or any of the products available on or through the service, regardless of the type of claim or the nature of the cause of action, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
VI. COMMUNICATIONS TO YOU
The communications between you and us usually use electronic means, whether you access, visit or use the Service, send us messages, or whether we post notices on the Service or communicate with you via messaging. For contractual purposes, you
(a) consent to receive communications from us in electronic form; and
(b) agree that all notices, documents, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications would satisfy if they were in writing. VII. FORCE MAJEURE
Next Stop Toronto and any of its employees or agents shall not be deemed to be in breach of this User Agreement or any other individual agreement in place for any delay or failure in performance caused by reasons out of its reasonable control, including acts of God or a public enemy; natural calamities; failure of a third party to perform; changes in the laws or regulations; actions of any civil, military or regulatory authority; power outage; riots, disruptions, protests, or other disruptions of communication methods or any other cause which would be out of the reasonable control of Next Stop Toronto.
AMENDMENT
We reserve the right to post, from time to time, additional rules that apply to certain portions of the Service, or the Service as a whole. Such additional rules will be posted in the relevant portions of the Service, and are hereby incorporated into the Agreement by this reference. Your continued access, visitation, or use of the Service constitutes your agreement to comply with these additional rules.
If you don’t agree to the terms contained in this User Agreement, you must immediately exit the Service.
